This privately owned luxurious villa in Palm Grove is a 3 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom single storey villa and is fully equipped. The property has an open plan layout designed over one-level through from entrance to the living and dining areas and onto the covered terrace with patio and swimming pool. Two of the bedrooms open onto the covered terrace and pool area and the well appointed kitchen is close to the indoor dining area. Bedroom three has patio doors out to a private terrace at the front of the house. There is a separate guest powder room. The villa sits on the golf course offering fantastic views across the 11th Fairway and to the Caribbean sea beyond. The elevated position provides a continuous breeze across the terrace with an amazing sense of calm. The entire community has twenty-four hour security patrols and the villa features private parking at the front of the property.
The Villa comes with it's own golf buggy which is available for guest use around the estate. Ideal for nipping down to the Rum Shak or just taking in the magnificent views around the golf course.

Summary: We had an excellent visit. The property is lovely - the home was exactly as described. The only drawback was that when we visited, the sea was very rough and unsuitable for swimming so our beach activity was limited.

Summary: There are not enough superlatives to describe this property, its gardens, its inventory and the surrounding resort. Quite literally outstanding in every category. Between the owners Caroline and John, as well as the housekeeper Ventrice, we were royally looked after and taken care of. Royal Westmoreland is an absolute paradise of trees and exotic plants. I cannot wait to return to this property and the beautiful and friendly island of Barbados.

Summary: A comfortable villa with private pool on the edge of the golf course. Quiet and relaxing, just what we were looking for. Very handy having the golf cart and the facilities at Royal Westmoreland were excellent.

Summary: An absolutely exquisite time at Palm Grove 2. Richard and Caroline have literally thought of everything. Entirely well equipped kitchen, comfortable furnishings, chairs and cool boxes for the beach, and citronella candles for the rare mosquito. Having the golf cart to jaunt down to the gym and club house was fantastic. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay! Highly recommended! Jennifer H.

Summary: This villa was excellent. Extremely comfortable, spacious, superbly appointed - it has everything. Its location is brilliant - nice and private. You have the sun all day on the terrace, the pool is wonderful. The owners have thought of everything. Cool boxes with ice blocks along with sandwich boxes so you can make a picnic and take out with you. Hairdryers and hair straighteners provided. Books and games to entertain if required. CDs and music player/ipod dock and good strong WiFi. Outside there is super quality garden furniture - two areas to dine, several sun loungers and chairs around the pool, a lovely suite of garden furniture under the veranda and a fabulous hammock in the garden to chill in. Ceiling fans are under the veranda and in the living room area and air conditioning in all the bedrooms. A housekeeper comes in every couple of days and keeps the villa pristine. There is just a slight sea view in the distance and a lovely view across the golf course and the Royal Westmoreland complex. Royal Westmoreland facilities also great. The golf buggy belonging to the villa is brilliant for getting around the site - going to the club house, the Rum Shack and tennis courts, or the gym if you are feeling energetic! We had a hire car and the location is a short drive to Holetown and the beaches (5-10 mins). But there is also a shuttle bus to take you to Mullins and the Royal Westmoreland beach club. The Royal Westmoreland staff are brilliant - extremely friendly and helpful. It was our first visit to Barbados and we loved it. The people are so friendly and welcoming. The location of this villa is perfect for exploring the island. It is simply stunning and we seriously didn't want to leave. Thank you Caroline Shaw and family.

Summary: The Palms is a very nice property rental situated adjacent to the 11th hole on RW Golf Course. We had a very relaxing stay playing golf and swimming in the pool at the Villa. The resort has some excellent facilities: Golf, Mullins beach & bar/restaurant, The Sanctuary with its pool and gym. Hometown has some fine restaurants, we enjoyed; Cariba, Daphne’s and Tides (favourite). Solly and Kathy are on hand if you need anything and Ventrice looks after the housekeeping and is an absolute treasure. Summary: I would highly recommend this villa. The whole experience was just amazing and the pictures do not do it justice. The kitchen is stocked full of everything you need, hairdryers, straightners, lilos, sports equipment a real home from home. Definitely coming back.
